1. Data controller

Alessant is the data controller for PrivaFeed personal data. For privacy inquiries, reports or exercising your rights: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

Account data: email, hashed password, platform role (creator/fan), display name, language and age confirmation.

Technical and session data: IP address, device identifier, authentication tokens and single-session logs.

Protection data: during protected viewing we display your email, IP address and date/time on screen as a dynamic watermark to deter piracy.

3. Purpose of processing

Account management, authentication, access control via invitations, fraud prevention, anti-leak measures, messaging, report moderation and service notifications.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain data while the account is active and as required by law.

Right to deletion: you may request full deletion of your account and personal data from Account in the app or studio immediately. If requested by email to [email protected], deletion is permanent and processed within a maximum of 72 hours.

5. Your rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion by writing to [email protected] or from the app and studio.
