1. Service

PrivaFeed is a platform operated by Alessant for distributing exclusive content organized in packages through controlled invitations. Use of the platform or mobile app implies full acceptance of these terms. Service for users aged 18 and over only.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

Only one active session per account is allowed.

Creators manage permissions for their folders. Fans may only access content through valid invitations.

You may delete your account at any time from Account in the app or creator studio.

3. Content, conduct and moderation (zero tolerance)

Capturing, recording, redistributing or extracting protected content is strictly prohibited. Dynamic watermarks and screen blocking are structural parts of the service security.

Zero tolerance: illegal, non-consensual, defamatory content or content that infringes copyright or intellectual property is not tolerated.

PrivaFeed provides reporting tools in the app and at privafeed.com/legal/report. All reported content is reviewed and, if it violates the rules, removed within a maximum of 24 hours, with immediate suspension of the offending account.

4. Intellectual property and DMCA notices

Alessant does not own content published by creators. Each creator guarantees they hold exploitation rights over their material.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] or use the report form for removal.

We may remove the material and notify the creator. A counter-notification process is available under applicable law.

5. Disclaimer

Alessant provides the technical protection infrastructure but is not responsible for misuse of platform features by users or creators.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal or technical changes. Continued use after publication of changes implies acceptance.
